Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations are available on every plan, including Free. All other integrations — including HubSpot, Salesforce, Twilio SMS, Slack, Mailchimp, SendGrid, and Zapier — are available exclusively on the Professional plan.
How does the HubSpot integration work?
EventBound connects to HubSpot through five modules: Email Logging, Contact Sync, Marketing Events, Two-Way Contact Sync, and Survey Response Sync. All data flows are automated once connected.
How does the Salesforce integration work?
EventBound syncs attendees as Contacts or Leads, creates Campaigns per event, enriches attendee profiles with CRM data, and logs registration and check-in activities to contact records.
